• During summer, provide your dog with a cool resting place and avoid forcing him to run or walk with you or perform exercises if he is not willing to do so.
• If you feel any change in your dog during summer then contact a veterinarian immediately as a heatstroke can be fatal for dogs.
• Provide your dog with plenty of fresh water to drink.
